April 24 at the Faculty of Biology of Zaporizhzhya National University has held the traditional contest of students' research projects for the title of "The best expert in chemistry" and "The best expert in biology".
Contests traditionally took place in two stages: the theoretical part of the research and protection of young scientists. During the tour there was a theoretical review of basic theoretical knowledge of chemistry and biology contest. And during the practice tour students had an opportunity to present the audience its research work.
The competition was attended by 28 students of 2nd-5th years of full-time studying of specialty "Chemistry" and 19 students of 4th-5th years of full-time studying of specialty "Biology".
At consideration of the jury their research work on the chemistry presented 6 students - members of the group "Bioorganic Chemistry". A scientific work in biology presented 4 students - members of students' problem research group "Research Immunology and Biotechnology", "Immunopathogenesis of human diseases" and "Form-functional state of the neutrophils in humans and animals". Such works were evaluated by the following criteria: academic level report presentation, answers to questions.
