Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Freedom of Speech and Information Mykola Tomenko met with teachers and students of ZNU

May 12 Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on freedom of expression and information, the trustee of a presidential candidate of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko, people's deputy of Ukraine Mykola Tomenko been working visit in Zaporizhzhya National University. Mykola Volodymyrovych met with teachers and students from various Faculties of our university to discuss the present and future of Ukraine.

At the beginning of the event the Rector of ZNU Mykola Frolov presented to the audience honored guest of our university and expressed his hope for a frank dialogue of all those present with Mykola Volodymyrovych.
Of particular interest to participants raised the idea of a modern university guest political situation in Ukraine, its root causes and possible consequences. Also in his speech, Mykola Volodymyrovych remembered the steps that should immediately make policies to our country, including in volume - its eastern and southern regions - most were able to overcome political crisis.
In conclusion, the Rector of ZNU Mykola Frolov thanked the guests for their interesting and useful communication, and assured him that Zaporizhzhya Region in general and in particular Zaporizhzhya National University actively take pro-Ukrainian position. In turn, Mykola Tomenko said that he had a special relationship to Zaporizhzhya, because it is here, his wife, and promised that Kyiv will continue to support the development of our region.
In the "Book of honorable guests of Zaporizhzhya National University", which is kept in the Museum of History of ZNU Mykola Tomenko leave wishes: "Congratulations the University, goods to Zaporizhzhya, victories to Ukraine".
