Approved changes to entrance to universities in Ukraine in 2014 (MES order № 553 from 05.07.2014 "On Amendments for entrance to higher educational institutions of Ukraine for 2014", registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 23, 2014, № 531 / 25308).
Conditions of entrance to higher educational institutions in Ukraine 2014 (with amendments)
Acceptance of applications and documents in paper or electronic form from entrants will start July 11.
Acceptance of applications in paper or electronic form from entrants on full-time education on the basis of complete secondary education will finish at 12:00 pm August 1.
Documents from individuals who enter on the basis of complete secondary education and are interviewed will finish to accept at 6:00 pm July 24. Interviews and entrance examinations are conducted from July 25 to August 1.
Acceptance of applications and documents from individuals who for entering should pass creative contests in higher educational institution, will finish July 24. Creative contests will be held in several sessions from July 21 to August 1.
Acceptance of applications and documents from persons who come to study on the basis of basic secondary education will finish July 24. Entrance examinations will be from July 25 to August 1.
Terms of the entrance campaign in 2014:
July 11 – beginning of receiving applications and documents from entrants in paper or electronic form
July 21 – August 1 – the terms for conducting by higher educational institution creative contests (can be conducted in several sessions)
July 24 – deadline for applications and documents from persons who have held a job interview and creative contests, the entrance examinations conducted by the higher educational institution
July 25 - August 1 – the terms for conducting by higher educational institution entrance examinations and interviews
August 1 at 12:00 – deadline for applications and documents from persons who do not pass entrance exams and do not pass the interview or creative contests
August 2 at 12:00 – date of publication of the first entrants ranking list
August 5 at 12:00 – date of publication of the second (updated) entrants ranking list
August 8 at 12:00 – date of publication of the third (updated) entrants ranking list
August 11 at 15:00 – terms of enrollment entrants for state order
Not later than August 18 – terms of enrollment entrants at the expense of individuals and legal entities - after entering the field of public order for relevant specialty (specialization).
