July 4th at the Faculty of Mathematics of Zaporizhzhya National University was held a solemn ceremony of awarding diplomas to 192 graduates of full-time and part-time students.
The hosts of the events were Bohdan Pidlysetskyi and Inna Starchenko.
Graduation ceremony for Faculty of Mathematics traditionally start to the sound of the anthem of Ukraine. Congratulate this year's graduates with an outstanding event for them, visiting students and teachers of the Faculty, as well as their parents and friends.
At the beginning of the event with a welcoming speech to the graduates turned Vice-Rector for Educational Research Volodymyr Volkov. He wished all the graduates, despite the obstacles, always reach the goal and keep moving forward to new challenges and victories.
Dean of the Faculty of Mathematics, D.Sc. in Engineering, professor Serhii Homeniuk also congratulated the graduates on the occasion and wished them not to stop on their life way, continue to learn throughout their lives and improve professional activity.
In turn, Deputy Dean for educational work, associate professor of the Department of Applied Mathematics Nataliia Kondratieva congratulated the graduates on the successful completion of training on behalf of all teachers of the Faculty of Mathematics.
Their first long-awaited diplomas received 43 masters and specialists who have graduated cum laude. Handed diplomas to the graduates Dean of the Faculty Serhii Homeniuk.
The right to hand diplomas of educational qualification levels of "Master" and "Specialist" was given to Department's Heads of Mathematics Faculty: D.Sc. in Physics and Math, professor Arkadii Privarnikov, Ph.D. in Engineering, associate professor Serhii Boriu, and also Deputy Dean for educational work Nataliia Kondratieva.
In addition, during the event also receive their diplomas graduates of educational qualification level of "Bachelor" of specialties "Mathematics", "Informatics", "Applied Mathematics" and "Software Engineering". Head of the Department of Mathematical Analysis, Ph.D. in Engineering, associate professor Serhii Hrebeniuk wished young specialists to continue their studies at the senior courses of the Faculty of Mathematics at the same high level.
Ended holiday of awarding diplomas to graduates, as always, with the anthem of the Faculty of Mathematics.
