Recently, in the Internet network consolidated (combined) rating of local higher educational institutions, prepared by educational information resource Osvita.ua. In accordance with the in the overall standings Zaporizhzhya National University takes 42 position, and in the rating "Best Universities in Southern Ukraine" - 7th place.
Total consolidated ranking includes 292 universities of Ukraine of III-IV accreditation levels and four categories: "The Best Classical Universities of Ukraine", "The Best Private Educational Institutions of Ukraine", "The Best Universities of the Capital of Ukraine" and "The Best Educational Institutions of Regions of Ukraine". The initial data for the consolidated ranking universities in Ukraine used the most respected among experts and the media, national and international rankings of universities in Ukraine: "Top-200 Ukraine", "Scopus" and "Webometrics", each of which uses different criteria for evaluation of higher educational institutions.
Overall, only two universities in our region - Zaporizhzhya National University and Zaporizhzhya National Technical University - were in the top 50.
