ZNU expands the boundaries of international cooperation

July 14 with a working visit attendedo Zaporizhzhya National University the Rector of Volyn Institute for Economics and Management (Lutsk) Arthur Gorbovyi and First Vice-Rector of VIEM Oksana Stepaniuk. The purpose of the visit - the expansion of cooperation between ZNU and Polish universities.

During their stay in our higher education institutions honorary guests met with the Rector of ZNU Mykola Frolov and Vice-Rector for Educational Research Volodymyr Volkov.
The Rector of VIEM Arthur Gorbovyi proposed management of the University with the Old Polish high school in Kielce (Poland) to establish a joint Faculty on the basis of VIEM in order to expand the range of Philological Departments within the integration into the European educational space. He also said that this project will expand the boundaries of ZNU International Cooperation through internships, exchange programs of students and teachers, double degree programs, etc.
The Rector of ZNU Mykola Frolov supported Arthur Gorbovyi's proposal and suggested for further fruitful cooperation between our universities, Volyn Institute for Economics and Management and Old Polish high school in Kielce.
At the end of event Vice-Rector for Educational Research Volodymyr Volkov conducted the guests a tour of our university. Also VIEM representatives visited the "Museum of Aviation Motor Sich", National Park Reserve "Khortytsya" and Museum of the History of Zaporizhzhya Cossacks.
