12-17 August in Zurich will be held the European Athletics Championships. Executive Committee of the Ukrainian Athletic Federation has recently approved the national delegations to participate in this prestigious sporting events.
Our country will be represented by 70 athletes at the Championships. According to news of the website "Prosport.Zaporozhe" tenth part of a team - athletes of our region. Among them - the alumni of ZNU Oleksiy Kasianov (decathlon) and bronze medalist of the Olympic Games 2012 Olesia Povh (running the 100 m and relay 4x100 m).
