Famous athlete Zaporizhzhya, Honored Master of Sports, Zaporizhzhya National University graduate Svitlana Bondarenko won "gold" and three "silver" medals during Swimming World Championship among veterans.
In the mixed relay 4x50 m freestyle Svitlana won first place with swimmers Natalia Khudiakova, Yevhen Kotriaha and Volodymer Tkachenko. Another two silver medals won our athlete during mixed and women's relay 4x50 m swimming complex. In addition, she have go the second place in the individual discipline during the race at a distance of 50 meters breaststroke.
As noted Zaporizhzhya news portal "Prosport", Ukrainian team during World Championship in Montreal (Canada) got three gold, six silver and one bronze medal.
