At the Faculty of SPP was held All-Ukrainian conference "Technologies of the psychologist in the organization"
October 9-10 at the Faculty of Social Pedagogics and Psychology of ZNU was held All-Ukrainian theoretical and practical conference of sudents, postgraduates and young scientists "Technologies of the psychologist in the organization." Organizers of the event were Zaporizhzhya National University (Department of Applied Psychology), Institute of Psychology named after HS Kostiuk of NAPS of Ukraine (Organizational Psychology Lab), Eastern National University named after Lesia Ukrainka (Faculty of Psychology).
Participants of the conference were students and young scientists from different research institutions and higher educational institutions of Zaporizhzhya, Kyiv, Lutsk, Lviv, Odessa and other cities of Ukraine. To the conference was submitted more than 90 abstracts on topics which concerned the most pressing issues of organizational psychology: problems of personality and interpersonal relationships in organizational cooperation of personnel; prevention and management of occupational stress syndrome and "professional burnout"; gender mainstreaming in the work of organizational psychologists; features of the organizational culture; psychological support to educational institutions; organizational psychologists work in industry, business, medicine, Ministry of Internal Affairs system and other areas of training and organizational psychologists for psychological support effective organization.
