On September 22 was held a meeting of the international roundtable discuaaion "Business incubators as a tool for sustainable economic development of Ukraine". It was attended by representatives of the University administration and Faculty of Economics, students and visitors from Silesia (Śląsk) University in Katowice (Uniwersytet Śląski w Katowicach).
In accordance with the objectives of the State Strategy of Sustainable Development "Ukraine - 2020" and to stimulate the economy in our region and increased activity of entrepreneurs and to support promising business projects and created a business incubator, which will soon start functioning at the Faculty of Economics of ZNU. Alla Cherep noted the high level of overall economic decline and Ukraine, including Engineering industry.
The main reasons for this situation Zaporizhzhya economists believe non-response relations of Ukrainian producers with businesses in European countries and low competitiveness of Ukrainian products due to lack of public funding and the absence of wide introduction of innovative production technologies and energy efficiency.
At the stage of development is development strategy and Zaporizhzhya region during 2020, which aims not only to support industrial enterprises in our region but also small and medium enterprises, job creation, development of tourist industry.
Guests of ZNU described the purpose of their visit and shared experience of Polish reforms. Veronika Hrykhtol and Oleksandra Hantsazh from Zaporizhzhya aimed at sharing experience and teach 10-day course of Polish Language and Culture at the Society of Polish culture and tell Ukrainian youth about learning opportunities in Poland, particularly in the Silesia University in Katowice.
Guests from Poland also answered the questions of participants, dealing with political, administrative and economic reforms in Poland.
