On October 22 at the Law Faculty of Zaporizhzhya National University students met with a representative of the 3rd year Consultative Mission of the European Union - counsel to the rule of law department of regional cooperation Julian Talensom Eskarti. The event was also attended by the Dean of the Faculty of Law of ZNU Kolomoiets Tetiana, Deputy Dean for Research Pavlo Lyutikov and Deputy Dean for International Relations Mykhailo Vikhliayiev.
Honorary guest told the students about the main purpose of the Advisory Mission to the European Union and on the activities of the team of experts of the regional cooperation mission that visited all regions of Ukraine for information on the rule of law in the region.
In particular, Julian Talens Escort noted that the Advisory Mission began its work in Ukraine at the invitation of the Ukrainian Government to assist in reforming the sector of civil security, namely - the creation in Ukraine of balanced security forces that guarantee the rule of law, will perform law enforcement functions, increasing own legitimacy in all areas and regions of Ukraine and strengthening public confidence.
