At the Faculty of Law discussed the different scientific schools of the criminal law for modern science
On Novembr 30 at the Faculty of Law of ZNU held the round table on "Scientific school of criminal law and their importance for modern science" with the participation of the 3rd year students of full-time education and Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Law and Justice by Oksana Uzunova.
The meeting started with the report Oksana Uzunova, which underlined that the science of criminal law is part of the of legal science, one of the social sciences, and its content is coordinated system of criminal thoughts, ideas, perceptions of crime and punishment.
Other readers, including - students Tetiana Sokol, Valeriia Skolznieva, Olena Mezhevska, Prokhor Tovstyk, focused their attention on the work of the four centers criminal legal science in Ukraine (in Kiev, Kharkov, Odessa and Lviv).
According to Associate Professor Oksana Uzunova, such events enables in the scientific level to discuss the problems of criminal law in Ukraine. Additionally, they contribute to learning by students the material on the subject "Criminal law of Ukraine (Part Particular)».
