In accordance with the Rector's order № 564 from 12.30.15 "On approval of a model contract for the provision of educational services" in Zaporizhzhia National University since January 1, 2016 new enrolment contracts have been concluded.
The terms of these contracts provide that in the case of student’s voluntary withdrawal, transfer to another educational institution, transfer to state-funded education, funds are returned for the recalculation of the date of the student's expulsion. In the case of student’s expulsion for contractual delinquency or breach of duties established by Article 63 of Act of Ukraine "On Higher Education", the funds made as a payment for the tuition, will not be returned but remain in the account of the university and are used to accomplish statutory goals of ZNU.
