Beginning from January 1, the status of a senior lecturer of the Chair Practice of Translation of the Foreign Languages Faculty will belong to Rusudan Makhachashvili, 23 year-old graduate of our university.
Rusudan Makhachashvili, the Magistracy graduate of Zaporizhzhya National University, was having her specialization at the Chair of Theory and Practice of Translation, and last November she was admitted for a postgraduate study. Nowadays, the young scientist has already finished her PhD-thesis “Lingvo-philosophical Parameters of Innovations of the English Language in the Field of High Technologies” and successfully defended it on December 23, 2005!
Rusudan was taking keen interest in languages since her school-age. She graduated from Zaporizhzhya School-Gymnasia With Profound Study of English #11. Her first scientific researches dated 9th grade. Later she was studying in the USA as an exchange-student, not giving up her research work. Here comes the result.
At present, she is a lecturer at the Chair of Theory and Practice of Translation, and is to become a senior lecturer after January 1.
She is always speaking about the language as if it were a live all-sufficient being. And with all her work she strives for changing - at least partially – human attitude towards it.
