ZNU Faculty of Biology was celebrating its 19th anniversary in rather an original way.
Chess tournament was another event in holiday schedule. The celebration ended with a concert: both students and lecturers took active part in it. ZNU Vice-Rectoron Resesarch Work Volodymyr VOLKOV greeted everyone present in the name of university administration. Dean Professor Lyudmyla OMEL’YANCHYK dwelled upon research and creative achievements of the faculty. Results of poetic contest were announced at the event: Ganna ZHYLENKO, second-year student, is the author of the best poem about the faculty. The concert was remarkable not for singing and dancing only: first-year student Olena MATVIYENKO delivered circus performance with a crocodile and a python.
