She was born in Zaporizhzhia in 1962, graduated from Zaporizhzhia Industrial Institute in 1984, Zaporizhzhia State University in 1993, and defended her PhD thesis at Kharkiv National University. VNKarazin on the topic "Transformation of self-perception in a crisis associated with job loss." Since 1997 he has been working at Zaporizhzhya National University, since 2006 as an Associate Professor of the Department of Social Philosophy and Public Management. Engaged in consulting and training activities, Member of the All-Ukrainian Union of Systemic and Short-Term Therapy. Has the corresponding certificates of the European standard.
Published more than 40 works, 3 textbooks, 10 monographs, 1 of which without co-authorship.
