He was born on December 16, 1979 in the city of Zaporizhzhia. In 1994 he graduated from high school of law profile № 47. In 2002 he received a diploma with honors from Zaporizhzhia State University, majoring in "Social Work". In 2006 he defended his dissertation on "Paternalism as an object of socio-philosophical reflection." Since 2005 he has been working at Zaporizhzhya National University, since 2012 - as an Associate Professor of Social Philosophy and Public Management. General scientific and pedagogical experience of 14 years.
Author of about 30 articles and educational publications. He has published courses on lectures in such Courses as "Social Partnership", "Management of Social Work".
