He was born on April 27, 1975 in the city of Marhanets, Dnipropetrovsk region. From 1982 to 1992 he studied at the secondary school №10 in Marhanets, after which he worked there as a senior pioneer. In 1993 he was enrolled in the first year of the historical faculty of ZSU in the specialty "History of Ukraine" full-time. After graduating in 1998, he entered the full-time graduate school of the same university.
In 2002 he defended his dissertation on "Stolypin's agrarian reform in southern Ukraine (1906-1917)", and in 2013 - his doctoral dissertation on "Social history of the peasantry of southern Ukraine in the late nineteenth - early twentieth centuries."
From September 2001 to the present he has been teaching at the Faculty of Sociology and Management: 2001 - Lecturer at the Department of Political Science and Management Theory; since 2002 a senior lecturer, and in 2003 - an Associate Professor of the same department; 2007 - Associate Professor of Management Theory and Practice; 2014 - Professor of Social Philosophy and Public Management.
During his research and teaching career he was awarded diplomas by the Rector of ZSU, Shevchenkivsky District State Administration of Zaporizhzhia, Mayor of Zaporizhzhia, Zaporizhzhia Regional Council, Zaporizhzhia State Regional Administration, Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. Married, has a daughter.
is the author of 62 scientific publications, of which 4 monographs ("Essays on the history of the Nikopol region) (from ancient times to the beginning of the twentieth century)" (2002), "Stolypin agrarian reform in southern Ukraine (1906-1917)" (2002), "Peasantry Southern Ukraine: social history of the late XIX - early XX centuries "(2012)," Essays on the history of sociology of the Lower Dnieper "(2018)), as well as 12 scientific and methodological publications. Member of the specialized Academic Council D 17.051.01, member of the Zaporizhzhia Scientific Society. P. Ya. Novytsky and the Knowledge Society of Ukraine. Member of the jury of the All-Ukrainian competition of student research papers in the specialty "Social Work" (Uzhgorod, Uzhhorod National University).
Research interests: social history of the South of Ukraine, history of social work, history of public administration and administration, theory of management of social and sociocultural processes.
