In 2004, Bolduieva Oksana graduated from the Classic Private University with a degree in Accounting and Auditing, received a specialist diploma with honors. In 2004, she was hired as an assistant at the Department of Finance and Credit, where she currently works as a professor. In order to improve her skills in 2007, Bolduieva Oksana studied at the Classical Private University in the specialty "Pedagogy of Higher Education" and received a master's degree with honors.
In December 2007, Bolduieva Oksana defended thesis for the degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences in the specialty "Economics and Management of Enterprises". In December 2011 she was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor.
In 2015, Bolduieva Oksana defended her doctoral dissertation in the specialty 08.00.08 – Money, Finance and Credit and received the title of Doctor of Economics From November 2018 to August 2023, she held the position of Head of the Research Department of Zaporizhzhya National University.
Advanced training and internship:
2018 – Zaporizhzhya National Technical University on the topic "Scientific and methodological aspects of teaching financial disciplines".
2022. – VUZF Finance, insurance, business, entrepreneurship and innovation, University of Finance, Business and entrepreneurship (м. Софія), Certificate «Modern teaching methods and innovate technologies in higher education: European experience and global trend». January 11 – April 11, 2022 (180 hours).

In total, about 120 scientific and educational works have been published, including publications in journals indexed in Web of Science and Scopus.
Co-author of 2 textbooks approved by the Ministry of Education and Science: "Finance, Money Circulation and Credit" (2011) and "Productivity Management" (2010).
Bolduieva Oksana has published 2 monographs: "Institutional Aspects of Securities Market Development in Ukraine" (2013) and "Development of Securities Market Institutions and Their Functional Mechanisms in the Context of the Economic Strategy of Ukraine" (2015).
Bolduieva Oksana has prepared 1 graduate student and 1 doctoral student for defense.
Bolduieva Oksana was awarded diplomas of the Rector of ZNU, Dean of the Faculty of Economics.
