According to her first professional education, Kisilova Inna was a mechanical engineer (Zaporizhzhya State Technical University, specialty "Materials Science in Mechanical Engineering"), received a diploma with honors. In 2001 Kisilova Inna graduated with a degree in Finance from Zaporizhzhya State University, received a diploma with honors.
In 2012 Kisilova Inna defended her Ph.D. thesis.

Kisilova Inna took part in the organization of the round table for the participation of the participants of the main deposits, small and medium business participants, the participation of trainings and seeds and in the organization of student olympics.
