First professional education - engineer-technologist, Seisebayeva N.G. received at the Leningrad Civil Engineering Institute; second professional education - specialty "Accounting and Auditing", received at the Zaporizhzhya State Engineering Academy.

Professional experience includes:

• work as an engineer-inspector of the inspection of technical supervision over the capital construction of facilities of the Ministry of Defense of the USSR;  she has experience in organizing, managing and financing projects.
• work as the chief accountant of a large enterprise;  she has experience in managing the financial activities of the enterprise, financial reporting and methods of financial analysis.

Received a certificate of accountant-practitioner SAR (Certificate of the International Council of Certified Accountants and Auditors dated December 15, 2004 № 0002681) of the International Association of Certified Accountants and Auditors and a certificate of professional accountant of the Federation of Professional Accountants and Auditors of Ukraine.

Also has international certificates and diplomas:

• The DIPLOMA IN FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT of the Institute of Professional Financial Managers  (3 July 2008. Reg. N FM52362).

Seisebayeva N.G  held the position of the chairman of the board of the joint-stock company; has 10 years of experience in enterprise management and ensuring its financial and economic security, has methods of strategic planning of economic activity and investment development of the enterprise.

Seisebayeva N.G has been working at Zaporizhzhya National University since 2014 as an associate professor.

Seisebayeva N.G. passed scientific and pedagogical internship (72 hours) in the Academic Society of Michał Baludyanski (Slovakia, 2016, certificate № 53-02 / 16), in Sainte Marthe Chavagnes (France 2018, certificate № 24). Participated in a scientific-practical training seminar at EU Business Scholl (Spain, 2016). Passed advanced training of scientific and scientific-pedagogical workers (180 hours) at the University. Mendel (Czech Republic, certificate № 1047).

In February 2014, Seisebayeva N.G. defended her PhD thesis at Zaporizhzhya National University, majoring in 08.00.04 - Economics and Business Management (by type of economic activity) on the topic: "Assessment of innovative development of mechanical engineering enterprises." Research interests: methodology and organization of investment analysis, project financing, financial management, financial and economic security of enterprises.

Seisebayeva N.G. has 64 publications, including 31 scientific ones (including 25 in professional publications of Ukraine, 2 in scientific periodicals abroad), 3 articles in collective monographs, and 2 educational and methodological ones. After the defense of the candidate's dissertation 47 works were published, including 18 articles published in professional editions of Ukraine, 2 articles in scientific periodicals abroad, 1 publication included in the scientometric database Web of Science, 2 articles in collective monographs and 2 works of educational and methodical character.
