In 1986 she graduated from the Poltava Cooperative Institute with a degree in Economics.
In 2006 she graduated from the Humanities University "Zaporizhzhya Institute of State and Municipal Administration", Faculty of Postgraduate Education, specialty: higher school pedagogy, qualification: master's degree in higher school pedagogy.
Since 2010 – Candidate of Science in Public Administration.
In 2011 she received the academic title of associate professor of accounting and auditing.
Research interests: methodology of economic diagnostics, operational management, crisis management, mechanisms of state regulation of regional development, problems of theory, and practice of analytical research.
In 2018 she received a B2 level certificate for foreign language proficiency (English).
Author of more than 60 scientific papers, including 30 publications in scientific journals, participation in scientific and practical conferences.
She manages the research work of students. Under the leadership of Pushkar I.V. students took part in the All-Ukrainian competition of student research papers in natural, technical, and human sciences in the field of "Accounting, analysis, and audit".
