In 1996 she graduated from the university, received a diploma in "Accounting, control, and analysis of economic activity" at Zaporizhzhia State University.

In 2008 she graduated from Zaporizhia National University, Faculty of Psychology and Social Pedagogy, Master's degree in "Higher School Pedagogy".

Since 2017 – Candidate of Economic Sciences.

Research interests: methodology and organization of financial accounting, problems of theory and practice of accounting, implementation of international financial accounting standards, the transformation of financial statements of Ukrainian enterprises into financial statements according to IFRS, financial management.

Author of more than 40 scientific papers, including 9 publications in scientific journals, participated in 30 scientific and practical conferences.

Her theoretical developments are used in the educational process of Zaporizhia National University, in the teaching of such disciplines as financial accounting, international standards of financial accounting and auditing, accounting in foreign countries, production accounting.

Under the leadership of O.G. Radeva, her students took part in the All-Ukrainian competition of student research papers in natural, technical, and human sciences in the field of "Accounting, analysis, and audit". Manages industrial practice in the financial accounting of students majoring in "Accounting and Taxation".

In 2002 she fulfilled the qualification requirements for the professional certification "Certified International Professional Accountant (CAP / CIPA)", the level of "Certified Public Accountant - Practitioner" (CAP).

She takes an active part in professional public activities, is a member of the Federation of Professional Accountants and Auditors of Ukraine since 1999.
