In 1998 graduated from the Faculty of Philology of the Zaporizhzhia State University on speciality «Teacher of Ukrainian language and literature».
In 1999-2003 was enrolled in postgraduate studies at the Journalism Institute of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
In 2004 defended a dissertation «Media in Zaporizhzhia at 20-40 in ХХ century: genre and lingual stylistic pecularities».
In 2005-2008 was an assistant rector of media and public relations.
In 2016-2018 was enrolled in a doctoral program at Zaporizhzhia national university. Doctoral dissertation: «Applied communication technologies in the system of social engineering» (academic adviser – Rizun V. V.).
She is an author of over 100 scientific publications and scientific-methodical manuals. In 2018 was a member of international project «Academy of human rights for professors of journalism».
In 2019 studied on internship program «BVBM as the Representative of Citizen Media Interests in Germany. The Issue of the Experience Implementation in Ukraine», Federal Association of Citizen Media, German.
