Kozych Iryna graduated from Zaporizhzhia State University in 1999 with a degree in French Language and Literature.
Ph.D. in Pedagogics since 2008. She defended her dissertation in 2008 in the specialized academic council K 26.053.09 at the National Pedagogical Dragomanov University, diploma DK №049971.
Pedagogical experience in higher education institutions for 12 years, incl. 12 years of work at the Zaporizhzhia National University.
Kozych Iryna is the author of more han 30 publications, including 25 scientific and 5 scientific - methodical.
Supervises research work of students of "Pedagogy" and "Higher School Pedagogy", participates in preparing students for conferences and Olympiads in Pedagogy.
Research interests: the study of conflicts and ways to prevent them in the professional activities of a teacher of higher education, the process of formation of conflict competence, conflict culture as factors of professionalism of higher education teachers.
