30 years of managerial experience in Zaporizhzhia Institute of Land, from senior engineer to director of the Institute (1973-1992), the head of Zaporizhzhia regional land resources, head of the General Department of Land Resources (1992 to November 2010), deputy counselor in Verhovna Rada.
Extensive teaching experience of International economics, Sustainable development, Ecological economics. Training at the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (England), Department of International Economics at Higher education institution Ukrkoopspilka "Poltava University of Economics and Trade", Certification training (internship) at Zaporizhzhia National Technical University Order.
Dmytro Babmindra has 100 publications, monographs, published abroad etc. He has participated in a research project funded by the Ukrainian government entitled "Creation and development of infrastructure and technologies for managing municipal property of Ukraine", which is a testament to his professional skills, which might be of use when a hands-on experience dealing with the successful implementation of the planned project is required.
