She has been working at the Department of Accounting and Auditing of Zaporizhia National University since 1991.
Education: in 1977 she graduated from the Poltava Cooperative Institute with a degree in "Accounting, control, and analysis of economic activity", in 1986 she graduated from the Moscow Cooperative Institute with a degree in "Accounting Teacher".
Research interests: methodology, organization, and problems of accounting theory and practice, organization of auditing, quality of audit services, the economic security of modern business, the state and directions of improving the tax system, ways to support small and medium business, crisis management.
Author of more than 50 articles in periodicals, including 17 publications in scientific professional publications, participation in seminars, and scientific-practical conferences.
She manages the organization of industrial and undergraduate practice of students, provides practical assistance to students in performing research work, and assists in the employment of graduates of the Faculty of Economics.
V.G. Goncharova has contributed many scientific papers to the research and development of proposals to justify the mechanism of support for small businesses. Recommendations were developed to the Kyiv Regional State Administration on the preparation of stabilization and regional development programs in the direction of creating economic incentives and institutional regime to encourage and effectively use the achievements of small business, forming a dynamic information infrastructure and competitive information sector of small business.
