At the Faculty of Law of the National University of Zaporizhzhya was held a round-table meeting “Peculiarities of the conclusion of external-economic contracts”. The event was attended by: guests of the faculty – practicing lawyers Dmytro Hladkyy and Dmytro Yatsenko, associate professor Pavlo Lyutikov, master’s students and those who will receive a Specialist Diploma.
During the meeting the legal aspects of the conclusion of external-economic contracts involving foreign contractors were discussed. Practicing lawyers acquainted students with the legislative innovations in this field, focused on the specific features of particular contracts, drew attention to the common mistakes during the execution of the documents, and so on.
The absolute highlight of the event was the review of the incidents from the lawyers’ practical activities concerning the conclusion of foreign economic contracts which were presented to the students.
Separately were discussed the aspects of foreign economic activities, the procedure for dispute resolutions arising between the parties to the agreement, the grounds and procedures of bringing to government action.
After the event, the students thanked the guests for their interesting speeches and agreed on further active communication and interaction.
