Teachers of the Department of Personnel Management and Marketing of the Faculty of Economics Oleksandr Cherep and Iryna Nahayets completed an internship at Prague Institute of Advanced Studies, where they were from 20 to 27 November.
The training program consisted of two modules. In the first programme unit "Educational systems of the European Union" there were discussed the ways of development of higher education institutions of the European Union, modern educational technologies used in online and distance education programs. Also the teachers of the Department of Personnel Management and Marketing attended lectures of Vadym Strelkovskyy, Professor at Cambridge University, devoted to the positive and negative trends in research work, rules for writing international scientific papers, their legal registration, standards and Internet resources Scopus, methods of preparation of educational and scientific materials. Professor of Charles University Inna Kabelkova gave lectures on educational strategies and programmes of Czech universities.
During the second programme unit "International project management at higher education institutions" the teachers became acquainted with the rules of international research projects, both individual and universitywide, as well as international. The internship program also included lectures with information about funds, grants, programs and projects of the European Union, the rules and methodology of preparation of tender documents, financing.
