Shcheblykina Inna graduated from the Tavria State Agrotechnical Academy (Melitopol) with a degree in Economics of Enterprise, received a specialist diploma with honors. She graduated from the full-time postgraduate course of the National Agrarian University (Kyiv), having defended her Ph.D. thesis in the specialty "Economics of Agriculture and Agro-Industrial Complex".
Shcheblykina Inna was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor in December 2011, Associate Professor of the Department of Finance and Credit since September 2016.

In order to improve the teaching of disciplines, 2 textbooks with the stamp of the Ministry of Education and Science were prepared and published in co-authorship: "Political Economy" (2012) and "Personnel Management" (2012), as well as more than 20 methodological publications on the disciplines that are taught.
Since 2005, 2 joint monographs have been published: "Leasing Relations in Agriculture" (2007); "Modernization of the Organizational and Economic Mechanism of Regulation of the National Economy of Ukraine" (2013); participated in 9 collective monographs, published more than 45 articles in scientific professional journals; took part in more than 50 scientific International and All-Ukrainian conferences.
More than 50 scientific papers with students have been published. Shcheblykina Inna has the following main awards: Diploma of the Melitopol District Council (2016); Diploma of Zaporizhzhya National University (2021).
