Experience of pedagogical and educational work is about 40 years.
The main implemented projects: created and Headed the Classical Private University (Zaporizhzhia); created and Headed the regional party organization "Batkivshchyna"; formed and implemented (as a technologist) a multifunctional communication project "Zaporizhzhya Vector" and Charitable Foundation "Foundation for Good Deeds" (http://vektorz.zp.ua/), within which he created two television projects, a resource center, a public reception with a legal counseling.
Experience of managerial work as a foreman in the factory; multi-volume editor; leading specialist in a joint venture (RUS-USA); Dean of the Faculty of Law; rector of a private university; the first vice-rector; director of the Institute of Journalism; director of the information-analytical center.
Experience of public activity: member of the public council at the Zaporizhzhia city council; member of the board of the regional organization "Knowledge"; member of the regional council for patriotic education of youth.
He worked in the Ukrainian-Canadian project to develop a strategy for the development of the Zaporizhzhia region (development program adopted by the regional council). Twice he was a coach in the training of members of election commissions in the Zaporizhzhia region (after an internship). He organized the work of a legal clinic on the basis of the CPU (two grants from the American Bar Association). He took a course on the introduction of the course "Fundamentals of Democracy" to the educational process.
Author of the concept "Zaporizhzhya Industrial" as a component of the program of tourist development of the city (Adopted at the session of the city council); author of the cluster of QR-codes "Zaporizhzhia bicycle" and "Symbols of Zaporizhzhia" (relevant television project)
Awarded the sign "Petro Mohyla" of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine; medal "For the development of the Zaporizhzhia region"; thanks and diplomas of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Council and the Zaporizhzhia Regional Administration.
In May 2012, he defended his doctoral dissertation in social philosophy "Ukrainian oligarchy in the context of modern transformation processes", Doctor of Philosophy. Member of the specialized scientific council for the defense of dissertations for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy D 17.051.05.
Research interests: philosophy, political science and theory of mass communications.
