She was born in Donetsk, in 1999 she graduated from the Faculty of History of ZNU. She entered the graduate school of the Classical Private University and defended her dissertation on "State regulation of the labor market in the region" for the degree of Ph.D. of Science in Public Administration in 2007. Since 2014 - received the academic title of Associate Professor of administrative management and business administration of the Classical Private University. Since 2016 he has been working as an Associate Professor of the Department of Social Philosophy and Public Management of ZNU.
He has more than 40 scientific papers and 1 textbook for university students. Areas of interest: labor market, public administration of housing and communal services, crisis management.
