In the framework of the international project "Progressive management of universities", in the period from 12 to 16 November 2018, the educational program "Open University: processes of inclusion in the University environment" was held in Brno (Czech Republic).
The project was carried out on the basis of pedagogical faculty of Masaryk University, which is one of the biggest universities in the Czech Republic. The educational program was attended by 25 Ukrainian universities, among which is Zaporizhzhia National University. Among the representatives from our University were doctor of psychological Sciences, professor of chair of pedagogics and psychology of educational activity, professor, honored worker of education of Ukraine Yevhenii Klopota and candidate of philological sciences, head of department of monitoring the quality of education and licensing Maryna Tomchenko. The program participants familiarized with the presentation topics and workshops, inclusive projects, educational programs of Masaryk University and the results of the study inclusion using a qualitative methodology, who provided Doc. Yirzhi Niemets (the Dean of the faculty of education), Dr. Lenka Gulova (head of the 
Department of social pedagogy), Doc. Radim Ship, Dr. Denisa Denglerova and Dr. Martina Kurovski. Particular interest was aroused to the theme "Attitude to otherness in the University environment". Yevhenii Klopota joined the discussion about psychological support of inclusive environments at the University, in which each member, regardless of its characteristics, has equal rights and conditions for self-realization. Maryna Tomchenko was interested by the topic of accreditation of educational programs for inclusion. She told the Czech colleagues that an inclusive education program "Special education” operates on the basis of ZNU.
Head of the Department of social pedagogy of the Masaryk University Dr. Lenka Gulova expressed their willingness to cooperate and shared the materials with which it is possible to see by the link: https://www.ped.muni.cz/katedry-a-instituty. The participants of the project visited the center of support of students with special educational needs Teresiás, represented by its Director Petr Penaz.
It is a unique center, which creates the necessary conditions for successful education of youth with disabilities by using modern technologies. In the framework of the educational program the participants attended the laboratory Labyrinth, where they were shown the results of cooperation between the University and schools, unusual approaches to the processes of inclusion. In the process there was a constant interaction between colleagues, the sharing of information between the Ukrainian and Czech scientists. At the end of the educational program for all Ukrainian participants were given corresponding certificates.
