Competitions in draughts among men last week accomplished the regular stage of Sports festival in ZNU. Results were really unexpected.

In comparison with the female competitions, the male teams of faculties, took inversely proportional places: the law and physical faculties, which in female competitions occupied lower positions, here acquired the first and the second places accordingly. The biological faculty, which took the gold among female teams, acquired bronze among male ones. The following stage of the Sports festival is competition in ping pong.
