On February 10, the Open Day was held in the College of Economics and Law of ZNU, which was attended by about 150 applicants from schools in the city and region. Future students received expert advice and had the opportunity to undergo computer testing in their chosen specialty.
Lecturer Maryna Ishchenko and students Karyna Yakovchuk and Viktoriia Filenko presented the law industry in great detail and with ease. The presentation of the specialty “tourism” from Larysa Nikolaieva and graduate Andrii Bai, who only on February 1 received the coveted diploma with honors, was very successful and bright.
Professors Halyna Mykytiv and Oleksandr Mykytiv told about the features of the specialty “Journalism”.
Liudmyla Chychun and Iryna Mordvinova told future economists and managers about job opportunities, and an interactive quiz helped to better understand what students in college would learn.
The event was attended by applicants who wish to study the specialty "Physical culture and sport." Anna Bielous spoke about the features of the creative competition for this specialty and the importance of sports improvement for students.
Olena Malovichko and Kateryna Tarasova conducted training for future social workers and social educators.
The most numerous was the group of future programmers. College professors Yuliia Tverdokhlib revealed to applicants the secrets of success in the field of information technology and offered to draw online comics. Mathematics professors Hanna Fomenko advised how to prepare for the entrance exams.
The highlight of the event was the presentation of the new specialty of the college - “primary education”. Professors Nataliia Yatsuk and Olha Kovtun prepared interesting training for future professors using many innovative techniques and using the LEGO designer. This approach allowed applicants to plunge into the atmosphere of the New Ukrainian School, the creators of which will be future graduates of this specialty.
Parents of applicants had the opportunity to talk with college director Olena Hrybanova, deputy directors Oleksandra Danilkina and Alona Khodakovska and executive secretary of the college selection committee Liliia Kozak, to learn about the features of the admission campaign-2019.
The staff of the College of Economics and Law reminds applicants that preparatory courses begin their work on February 12.
