Winners of the contest “Let us introduce ourselves – 2008” were awarded

On International day of students results of the festival of amateur performances of the first year students were summed up. On the final gala-concert, which passed in the hall of the 2-nd building, the best performances were represented and winners from different faculties were awarded.

As for faculty awards, the higher places were given to the following faculties: the law and the journalism faculties divided the third place, the physical and the faculty of physical upbringing took became the second. The faculty of foreign philology was unanimously called the absolute winner.

Besides, the best artists were named in a full array of nominations and all those dancers, singers and actors showed their skills once more. So, in the nomination “The best national dance group” the philological faculty won (with the dance “Guelder rose is not a willow”). “The best moderators of the party” became representatives of the faculty of journalism Viktoria Muzaliova and Andrij Bondarenko. The student of the faculty of foreign philology Evgenija Kondrashova got the title “The most refined star of the party” and sang the admirable song “The star was falling”. “The most poetic feather of the contest” Marina Miroshnichenko from the law faculty was called for the poem “To the native land”. “The queen of the piano” Nataliya Shaidurova (the biological faculty) became. All the winners were awarded with brevets and valuable prizes.
