In 2009 Olga Ishchuk graduated from Zaporizhzhia National University with Master's degree in Psychology.
Since 2009 she has been working at the Department of Practical Psychology at Zaporizhzhia National University.
In 2012 she graduated from the Zaporizhzhia National University with a degree in Social Psychology, Psychology of social work.
In 2013 she defended her PhD thesis "Organizational Culture of Higher Education as a Factor in Forming Students' Professional Identity", specialty "Organizational Psychology. Economic Psychology".
Since 2014 – Senior Lecturer at the Department of Practical Psychology of ZNU.
Since 2016 – Associate Professor of Psychology, ZNU.
Member of the International Association of Applied Psychology (IAAP), member of the Ukrainian Association of Organizational and Work Psychologists, certified trainer, expert in psychological sciences at the Council of Young Scientists at the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine
Author of over 100 scientific publications on organizational psychology, economic psychology, social psychology, personality psychology. Author of monographs, scientific manuals, teaching materials, etc.
Participant of international congresses, conferences, workshops, seminars on organizational and economic psychology, personality psychology, social psychology and psychotherapy.
Research interests: organizational psychology, psychological resources of personnel, psychology of organizational culture, professional identity of students and young professionals.
