ZNU Graduates Stories of Success Project: Oleksandra Doschenko, graduate of the Faculty of Foreign Philology, founder of the Flick Museum of Science in Zaporizhia
Another material of the section "Stories of Success of ZNU Graduates", initiated by the staff of the department of pre-university preparation, vocational training and employment of a university. It is devoted to the story of the professional formation and success of a graduate of the Faculty of Foreign Philology of Zaporizhia National University, Language and Literature (English) Oleksandra Doschenko:
- During my studies, I was an excellent student, defending the honor of the school at all competitions, except ... English. After all, it was not easy to study English. However, after completing my studies at the Pedagogical College, I decided that foreign languages are a door to the world, so I went to university to study at the Faculty of Foreign Philology.
ZNU has become for me a path to the future because at the university the student acquires not only knowledge but also the ability to communicate, negotiate, communication skills. The years of study are extremely busy because it is a series of events that happen to you together with your classmates, teachers, colleagues during practice, situations that provide invaluable experience.
My professional career began before I entered the university, since I started working at the age of 14. My full-time job began at 16. During these years, I worked in a school, tutor, prepared children for school in development centers, worked in non-formal education, camps, was engaged in project management in NGOs.
