ZNU Erasmus+ eRead project team met online with partners to discuss the project implementation details
The meeting on May 31, 2023 in a videoconference format was devoted to the elaboration of BA module “Teaching Reading Digitally”. The entire ZNU team led by the manager M.Zaluzhna actively participated in the discussion of the ways to develop the future module. The partners decided to read the publications devoted to methods of teaching languages, to review the latest developments in the field of digital reading and the applications that improve reading skills. They agreed to create a common bank of materials to use within the project, and to share their knowledge as well as their own experiences of teaching reading in national languages.
The discussions touched upon the BA module design and its potential formats. It was decided that the co-developed module will be a framework, and every team will be free to navigate and fill it using the materials developed within the project and focusing on their natuional languages. The module will be refined in autumn during the LTT visit to Slovenia and piloted by partner universities in 2024.
The meeting also focused on the organization of the first study visit to Slovenia. The partners are looking forward to the face-to-face meeting and LTT session!
