In ZNU prospects of foreign philology in XXІ century were considered

On April, 9th in Zaporizhzhya National the ІІ International scientific conference "Foreign philology in ХХІ century" took place. Scientists from 5 countries of the world and 31 cities of Ukraine gathered for the action.

Students from Belgium, Poland, Russia, Belarus and Ukraine sent their scientific works to ZNU. The work of the conference began with solemn ceremony of opening. First the word was given to the pro-rector on scientific work and international cooperation of ZNU Olexandr Mordvynov.

The dean of the Faculty of Foreign Languages Galyna Moroshkina told about last achievements in the area of foreign languages. She noticed, that for the last academic year at the faculty seven theses were defended, and three students received grants on training in France.

After the official part plenary session began on which scientists presented the reports. Here spoke: Doctor of Philology, the professor of the Faculty of Foreign :anguages of Poltava institute of economy and law Valentyna Zernova, Doctor of Philology, the professor, the Dean of the Faculty of Journalism of ZNU Volodymyr Manakin, Cand.Phil.Sci., the associate professor of the theory and practice of translation from English language department of ZNU Rusudan Makhachashvili, Doctor of Philology, the professor, the head of the theory and practice of translation from English language department of ZNU Yury Zatsny. After plenary session all participants of the conference worked in sections where different themes were considered.

It is necessary to specify, that organizers of the action arranged for visitors of the conference presentation of the modern publishing production on foreign philology, and also gave an opportunity to see sights of Zaporizhzhya during the sightseeing tour.
