On April, 23rd in ZNU there was the seminar for observers for external independent rating of knowledge. Before the seminar Zaporizhzhya journalists discussed topical problems of EIR-2009 with representatives of educational establishments.
The head of Education and Science department of Zaporizhzhya regional state administration Olexandr Verozubov, the deputy director of Simferopol regional center of the quality of education Andry Nochkin, the main expert of Zaporozhye regional department of education and science Svitlana Pavlova and the irst pro-rector of ZNU Olexandr Bondar answered the questions of journalists.
Interest was caused with mainly "provocative" themes: whether it is possible to forge certificates of EIR, or if it is possible to get ready answers. Visitors assured all present that to forge or get certificates it is impossible, because certificate of EIR is an informational letter in database of Ukrainian center of the quality of education. As to ready answers to test tasks - they are not exist, and cannot be, because till the moment of the beginning of testing some schemes of protection of this information operate at once. Problems of changes in introductory campaign – 2009 were also touched in discussion.
