Traditionally, on March 9th the Department of Philology and Center of Cultural Mass Work organized the concert devoted to the memory of the great Ukrainian poet Taras Shevchenko.
Not only ZNU teachers and students, but also famous city artist participated in the concert. Among them were the singer and composer Anatoly Serdyuk, participants of youth choir of bandurists and bandura player Maxim Kartych.
Shevchenko's readings organized by Student Scientific Society followed the concert next day.
