Solemn Meeting and Holiday Concert Devoted to the Victory Day

Traditionally the days before the Victory Day the ZNU faculty and staff gathered near the memorial to Teachers and Students, the ZNU Graduates lost during the World War II.

Everybody gathered to congratulate the WWII veterans with 65th anniversary of the great Victory.
The ZNU rector Sergiy Tymchenko reminded that ZNU's (former Zaporizhzhya State Pedagogical Institute) students and faculty staff were the first who went to defend our country at the war in 1941. More than 200 of them were lost during the war.
Everybody was saying thank-you words to the veterans for their heroism. The holiday concert followed the meeting.
