Project of Ukrainian State Personnel Policy Proposed in ZNU

The first scientific and practical seminar "State Service and Local Self-governance" was held in ZNU at the Department of Sociology and Administration. It was devoted to the discussing of the Project of the Ukrainian State Personnel Policy.

The ZNU faculty staff and students participated in the seminar. Among them were the Department of Sociology and Administration Dean, Professor Maxim Lepskyi, Professor Vitaliy Volovyk, Assistant Professor Alexandr Krasnokutsky and others. The seminar participants proposed to enlarge the personel reserve, cancel the age limit for the state officers, and also clearly divide the political, economical and professional sides of the state service.
